The fastest way to get help is email. We usually reply within a few days.
Email supportOpen the app, tap the + button on the recipes tab, and fill in the title, ingredients, and steps. You can drag steps to reorder them. Tap any recipe to edit it later.
Open a recipe and tap the share icon. You can invite household members so they see the same recipes on their own device.
Email us from the address you used to sign up and we'll permanently remove your recipes, household data, and profile. See Delete your account for full details on what's removed and the timeline.
Please email us with a short description, your device model, and (if possible) a screenshot. That makes it much faster to figure out what's going on.
Hola Supermercado runs on iPhone and iPad with a recent version of iOS, and on modern Android devices.
